Hi i did review your concern

Your echocardiogram seems to indicate findings of mild effects of hypertensive heart disease. My advice would be to adhere to healthy diet and exercise and blood pressure control if thats elevated. If not, we are thinking on lines of diastolic cardiomyopathy and you need to then consult a cardiologist for further evaluation.
I hope this helps
let me know if you have any questions or concerns
Wish you a very healthy and happy life.
